Located in a strategic position convenient to every point of interest, a few meters from the beautiful beaches of Arziglia and from our beloved historic center within walking distance, where you can taste the typical dishes of Ligurian cuisine in the characteristic Bordigotti restaurants.
The apartment measures approximately 40m2 and consists of an entrance hall, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, where there are: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, complete set of pots, plates and everything you need for your stay.
From the living room we access a balcony with a splendid view of the sea, the port and the famous little church of Sant’Ampelio. Since the balcony faces west, we can take the opportunity to have an aperitif in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed equipped with an orthopedic mattress and a large wardrobe, the bathroom has a window with shower and complete with washing machine.
