The "Savoy Residence" was established in the center of Bordighera as a luxury hotel with a rich and unique history. During the Second World War, it endured damage from grenades fired by a French ship. In the immediate post-war period, it served as an emergency casino, as the original premises were unusable. Today, following two significant renovations carried out in the 1960s and 1995, the building boasts a stunning façade that captures the essence of nineteenth-century style. It was designed with the intention of creating a structure that blends the best modern comforts seamlessly with one of the most beautiful and vital streets in the city center. The building comprises five floors and features an elevator connecting the apartments to the garage in the basement.
